All Managed IT is one of four trading names of ServerFree Pty Ltd, founded in Brisbane in 2011 by Bryce Telfer. Fonica (phones), All Internet (connectivity) and Techjar (hardware and licensing supply) exist because our clients kept having to ring someone else when the phones or the internet failed, and the someone else kept blaming us. Now there is one team, and one invoice if you want it.

Where we are
Our head office is at 2/36 Jijaws St, Sumner, in Brisbane's western suburbs. Our second office in Bowen Hills, inside a client's premises, keeps us close to the inner north and the city. We support clients across Brisbane and south east Queensland, and their branches interstate.
How we work
Boring is good
The best IT is the kind nobody talks about. Our job is to make the phone ring less.
Say it plainly
Our clients are freight forwarders, crane operators, planners and manufacturers, not IT people. If we cannot explain something in a sentence, we have not understood it.
Security is part of the job
Multi-factor authentication, tested backup and sensible access are in every plan, not sold as extras.
