ServerFree Pty Ltd (ABN 43 143 449 781), trading as All Managed IT, Fonica, All Internet and Techjar, is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what we collect through this website and in the course of providing services, and what we do with it.
What we collect on this website
Enquiry forms. When you send a message, we collect the name, email address, phone number, business name and message you give us, the page you sent it from, and the address your connection used. We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of the enquiry. We do not add you to a newsletter or a marketing list because you sent an enquiry.
Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, with IP addresses anonymised. You can block it with a browser setting or extension and the site will work the same.
Spam protection. The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated submissions. Cloudflare's processing of that check is described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
What we collect as a client
To provide IT, phone and internet services we hold the names, work email addresses, phone numbers and login details of the staff we support, and we have administrative access to systems we manage. We use this only to provide the services and to meet our contractual and legal obligations.
Marketing
We send marketing email only to businesses that are or have recently been clients, and only about services relevant to them, under the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link and we honour it immediately. We never sell or share our list.
Storage and security
Information is held in Australian and international cloud services we manage, protected by access controls, multi-factor authentication and backup. We keep enquiry records for as long as they are relevant to a relationship with you, and client records for as long as the law requires.
Access and correction
You can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Email privacy@allmanagedit.com.au or write to 2/36 Jijaws St, Sumner QLD 4074. We answer within a reasonable time, normally 30 days. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
