IT support in Brisbane that answers the phone

When a staff member cannot log in, an invoice will not print or an email has gone missing, someone has to pick up. That is the job. Everything else we do is so the phone rings less.

What outsourced IT support means here

Outsourced IT support is the whole of your IT, run by our team, for a monthly amount per user. It is not an engineer you call when things go wrong and pay by the hour.

A help desk your staff can call

Email or phone, answered by Brisbane engineers who know your setup and your people. One number for everything.

Remote first, on site when needed

Most problems are fixed remotely within the same call. When a job needs hands, an engineer comes to your office, yard or site.

Everything looked after in the background

Updates, monitoring, backup checks, licensing, new starters and leavers. Done before you notice, reported so you can see it was.

Microsoft 365 done properly

Email, files, Teams, security settings and licences, set up once the way Microsoft recommends and kept that way by a Microsoft Partner.

Security in the plan

Multi-factor authentication, email and device protection and tested backup are part of the service, not an add-on you have to ask for.

Reporting you can hand on

A monthly view of tickets, devices, backup and security status, in a form an owner, a board or an insurer will accept.

Who it suits

Businesses of about 10 to 100 staff in Brisbane and south east Queensland with no IT person of their own. Several sites and interstate branches are fine. Most of our clients are in freight and logistics, construction, cranes and manufacturing and technical consultancies, where nobody has time to be the IT person.

Larger, or already have an IT person?

The outsourced help desk takes the ticket queue off your internal IT team, with on-site days in Brisbane on a fixed schedule.

What a typical week looks like

For your staff

A staff member emails the help desk because Outlook is asking for a password again. An engineer fixes it remotely and checks whether the same thing is about to happen to anyone else. A new starter is set up on Monday morning because the office manager told us on Friday.

Behind the scenes

A backup that did not complete overnight is noticed by our monitoring, not by you, and re-run. A laptop that has started to fail is replaced before it dies. A licence nobody uses is removed from the next invoice. None of this is on your list.

Moving from another provider

Most of our clients came from somewhere else. The handover is a project we run: we collect the passwords and documentation, take over the licences, put our tools on the machines, and tell your staff who to call. Your old provider does not need to cooperate for it to work, though it is quicker when they do.

How much it costs

A monthly amount per user, with what is included written down. We do not publish a rate card because the right plan depends on how many sites you have and what you run, but you will have a number after the first call, not after three meetings. How pricing works.
