Project work: an office move, a new server, a migration from an old system. Scoped and priced before it starts, always. Hardware is supplied through our own supply business at a fair price and arrives configured. Licences are passed through at the published price.

What is a managed service provider? An MSP runs your IT for a monthly amount instead of charging by the hour when things break. Because the provider is paid to keep things working, its interests line up with yours.

Do you work with businesses outside Brisbane? Yes. Our clients are in Brisbane and south east Queensland, and several have branches interstate that we support remotely.
