What happens
- You book a call. Fill in the form below or ring 1300 720 790. We find a half hour that suits you.
- We check what is visible from outside. Whether your email domain is protected against spoofing (SPF, DKIM and DMARC), whether your website is set up safely, and whether anything of yours is exposed on the internet that should not be. This needs nothing from you but your domain name.
- We talk. How many staff, what you run, where the pain is, what backup you have, whether everyone has multi-factor authentication, what you pay for licences. You will know some of these and not others. That is normal.
- You get a written note. One or two pages, in plain English, listing what we found, what matters, and what to do first. It is yours to forward to an owner, a board or an insurer, whoever does the work.
What it is not
It is not a sales pitch dressed up as an audit. If everything is fine we say so. If it is not, the note tells you what to fix, and you can have anyone fix it.
It is also not a tenant review. Looking inside your Microsoft 365 for Secure Score, MFA coverage, backup status and licensing waste is the next step, offered once we have talked and only if you want it.
Who it is for
Businesses in Brisbane and south east Queensland with 10 to 100 staff and no IT person of their own. If you have an internal IT team, ask about the outsourced help desk instead.
